Client Onboarding Representative

Apptegy is an EdTech company based in Little Rock, Arkansas. At Apptegy, we are building the first marketing platform for schools. Thrillshare, our publishing platform, makes it easy for schools to share positive stories with their communities and the world.

About the role:

The Client Onboarding role is focused on helping new clients learn and prepare to go live with Thrillshare  — Apptegy's core product. We are looking for someone exceptional to manage implementation projects, to lead product training, and to become a Thrillshare expert. This role is responsible for working closely with multiple contacts at school districts and with our internal teams for a smooth rollout and launch for each client. Your objective is to provide clients with the tools and training needed to be successful.

Things you will do:

  • Become an expert on our primary product, Thrillshare, and its various features, including updates to the product as they are pushed to the platform
  • Manage the onboarding process for each client to make sure they have the best launch experience possible.
  • Have regular video calls and phone calls with clients that build their knowledge of the product, answer their questions, and help them use Thrillshare to accomplish their larger strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to manage project rollouts, while also speaking with clients by phone, email, and our support platform.
  • Handle numerous individual conversations and projects at a time.
  • Lead product training for school administrators and staff.
  • Understand how SIS (School Information Systems) integrate and connect with Thrillshare for key features like Alerts.
  • Become an expert on engaging clients in a smart, respectful and helpful way.
  • Be available for live Support to help clients on a daily basis.

  • You are technically inclined (or have worked in a technical role) and can pick up new technology quickly.
  • You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong multi-tasker.
  • You are calm under pressure and can consistently perform at a high level.
  • You are a skilled presenter and enjoy teaching others.
  • You are extremely self-aware and continually strive to improve.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Basecamp and/or Intercom is a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
