Client Success Representative

Apptegy is an EdTech company based in Little Rock, Arkansas. At Apptegy, we are building the first marketing platform for schools. Thrillshare, our publishing platform, makes it easy for schools to share positive stories with their communities and the world.

About the role and about you:

We work closely with each of our school districts to empower them to use Thrillshare’s powerful features so that they can easily reach their community and share their unique identity. In this position, you will be an expert on Thrillshare and help our clients become experts themselves on the product and on marketing their schools.

Things you will do:

  • Be an expert on our primary product, Thrillshare, and its various features, including updates to the product as they are pushed to the platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through routine and frequent contact, including travel to client sites for a week, once a quarter. 
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to manage project rollouts, client redesigns, and/or product updates, while managing client interactions via phone, email, and our support platform.
  • Handle numerous individual conversations and projects generated during client engagement.
  • Lead product training for school administrators and staff.
  • Establish credibility in subjects like branding and marketing with clients.
  • Be an expert marketing resource to our clients through self-directed learning and company sponsored curriculum.


  • You have 3+ years of experience in a client facing role or working across departments.
  • You have a client-focused mindset and strive to have meaningful interactions with others.
  • You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong multi-tasker.
  • You are a skilled presenter and enjoy teaching others.
  • You are extremely self-aware, and continually strive to improve.
  • You are willing and excited to travel to client sites for 3-5 business days, once a quarter. 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Asana and/or Intercom is a plus.
  • Digital marketing certification is also a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
